Pressed Love - A Poem by Moe

"Let your love be strong and I don't care what goes down..."

all truth in love, my passion's aim

did seem to keep my soul

until I found it not the same

returned from hearts unwhole

for all I gave was pure at heart

without the liars ruse

yet all received could not take part

for all had need to use

and yet I stand this savvy fool

unfazed and unimpressed

for what I wield is not some tool

that quantifies my best

instead I hold inside of me

the need to feel what's real

to seep beyond the eyes I see

and grasp the big reveal

and though I speak sincere and true

too good to some it seems

I still believe that love is new

when found outside my dreams

so wake my lovers, take the test

outside your fairy tale

for cause all love in life is pressed

that it should never fail
